A Product Whose Time Has Come

Leo and I were in Wal-Mart tonight, the big one out at the Y, and we were in the grocery section when I found it. I don't know how long it has been around, but this was the first time I had seen it. You could probably call it a seasonal item, but I would buy it all year long. It is Peppermint Whipped Cream. I bought it and came home and immediately made hot chocolate and squirted a bunch on top. OH MAN!! I was worried that the peppermint flavor would be weak, but it isn't, it's perfect! It leaves a cool sensation in your mouth, and your burps taste minty. I heartily endorse Peppermint Whipped Cream by Land O Lakes, yeah!!

I am in a Christmas-y mood already. I bought a John Deere ornament for the tree and multi-colored icicle lights for the outside of the house. I can't wait to put them up! Let me rephrase--I can't wait for Steve to put them up!

Do you have to make it? Or is it in a tub or can?

It's not even Thanksgiving yet!

It comes in a can.
I know it's only the beginning of November, but the stores are already full of stuff and have got me going.

Remember those commercials where the lady kept a bottle of salad dressing in her purse and would pull it out in restaurants?

You should totally do that with your whipped cream!

A John Deere ornament?? Was it a tractor? I didn't know that John Deere had ornaments!

Faythe-- they were at Wal Mart, it is not a tractor, it is a little tin lunchbox, not sure if they had more than one kind.

It reminds me of drinking pepermint mochas with you at the (then) new *$ in Del Rey Oaks :) I sure miss that...
